Common issues we can solve

Most problems are quick: captcha not showing, daily limit messages, API errors, or styling issues on mobile. If your rewritten output looks off, share a short example and we can improve the rewrite instructions.

What we cannot do

We cannot manually rewrite your content by email or provide legal advice about copyright. The tool is a drafting assistant. You remain responsible for how you use the rewritten text.

Response expectations

We read every real message, but response time can vary based on volume. If your message is about a security issue, include “Security” in the subject so it can be prioritized.
